Stationed in the high-stakes environment of the dialysis unit, I found myself at the nexus of multidisciplinary collaboration, critical care, and the intricate art of renal therapeutics. It was here that I honed my proficiencies in patient management, dialysis protocol optimization, and interdepartmental synergy – all while imbibing the quiet dignity of compassionate care
